Your students privacy is a priority for us here at Hager Photography!
Hager Photography has limited access to student information. We require name, teacher, grade and id number only for photographic purposes and administration information for schools and associated districts.
We provide a unique shoot key for each student to view their pictures online. The only data visible online are images for that student and their name.
If a parent or guardian has lost this shoot key and requests another, the procedure is:
- Initial request made by parent or guardian
- We request an email sent to us with student name, school, teacher and for them to verify relation to child.
- We send a reply email with shoot key only.
In the event of a person who is not allowed to receive any information for a student, per guardian and school, we keep a list and check before any information is sent.
All images, order forms and payment methods are deleted, purged and commercially shredded no later than the beginning of the next school year.
Our online ordering system is a secure site that is designed to our specifications and linked directly to our licensed software company. Any information obtained is used solely for ordering purposes.
